Roccabox (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Roccabox mobile application and platform. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data.

• Name, email address and phone number (account registration)
• Call recordings and transcripts (with your knowledge, for performance coaching)
• Chat messages sent to your AI assistant
• Property search activity and lead management data
• Performance statistics and activity data
• Push notification tokens (for sending alerts)
• Photos and files you upload
• Device information and app usage data

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide AI-powered sales coaching and performance feedback
• To transcribe and score sales calls
• To send push notifications and alerts
• To display performance statistics and leaderboards
• To improve platform features and reliability

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Anthropic (Claude AI) — processes your chat messages to generate AI assistant responses. Anthropic Privacy Policy
• Deepgram — speech-to-text transcription of call recordings
• ElevenLabs — AI voice synthesis for the assistant
• Google (Firebase) — push notification delivery
• Apple (APNs) — push notification delivery on iOS
• Sentry — error monitoring and crash reporting
• Cloudflare — CDN, security and traffic management
• Brevo — transactional email delivery

By using the AI assistant feature, you consent to your messages being processed by Anthropic as described above. You can withdraw this consent at any time in Settings.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Call recordings are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via Settings > Account > Delete Account. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, port or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

6. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

7. Children

Roccabox is a professional platform intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
