SalesTrack (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the SalesTrack mobile application and platform. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data.

1. Data We Collect

Name, email address and phone number (account registration)
Call recordings and transcripts (with your knowledge, for performance coaching)
Real-time voice and video transmitted during in-app calls between users (not recorded; routed via Stream)
Chat messages sent to your AI assistant
Property search activity and lead management data
Performance statistics and activity data
Push notification tokens
Photos and files you upload
Device information and app usage data

2. How We Use Your Data

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following services to operate the platform:

Anthropic (Claude AI) — processes chat messages to generate AI assistant responses. Anthropic Privacy Policy
Deepgram — speech-to-text transcription of call recordings
Stream — real-time voice and video call routing for in-app calls
ElevenLabs — AI voice synthesis for the assistant
Google (Firebase) — push notification delivery
Apple (APNs) — push notification delivery on iOS
Sentry — error monitoring and crash reporting
Cloudflare — CDN, security and traffic management
Brevo — transactional email delivery

By using the AI assistant, you consent to your messages being processed by Anthropic. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Call recordings are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via Settings > Account > Delete Account. Requests are processed within 30 days.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, port or delete your personal data. Contact us at [email protected].

6. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS using industry-standard encryption.

7. Children

SalesTrack is a professional platform for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
